Day 1 at the YPO Global Leadership Conference (GLC), here we go!For all you future leaders and those of you in my network who aren’t sure of what the YPO is, let me break it down for you…1️⃣ First of all, the YPO is a collective of people who believe that the world needs better leaders.2️⃣ Given this, point 2 is that we come together as a collective of leaders to become better leaders — we mix and mingle, learn and grow for the benefit of all the people our leadership affects.3️⃣ Lastly (at least for now), of course, there’s an element of networking and growth involved—and a significant function where a bunch of C-suite individuals come together does, but what sets this apart from the rest is that individual business growth isn’t the objective.
