Staff at Reception was friendly. My room was clean but it was very cold inside the heater didn’t work. When I woke up I was cold in bed cos of the room being so cold. I called front desk at least 10 times plus the operator no one ever picked up the phone. The taxi to Terminal 5 cost me £19!! I thought the hotel was close by for transit passengers. Very disappointing with everything. They did give me 20% discount for the stay.

It’s was a big disappointment coz i always book this and never get the facilities of room service. Staff equally bad as they have no knowledge and with attitude they say no room service we can’t help you.
